Since formation in February 1991, MFA has performed over 2,000 projects for a wide variety of clients, including federal, state, and local government

agencies, numerous corporations and commercial businesses, and private landowners. Masa Fujioka & Associates (MFA) has extensive experience in

providing environmental and geotechnical services for a wide variety of facility types, for both private and public clients, throughout Hawaii and the Pacific. We have provided design services for more than 250 military projects, including more than 160 Navy projects, in Hawaii and the Pacific.  Our work on Navy projects has consisted of geotechnical and/or environmental consultation for the construction, repair and alteration (including force protection upgrades) of a wide variety of project types, including wharves and marine facilities, hangars, operations buildings, barracks and military housing developments, electrical and mechanical systems, ammunitions storage, and communications facilities.

MFA is a multidisciplinary, Hawaii-owned and operated, professional partnership specializing in

environmental, geotechnical, and hydrogeological services.  The firm, founded in February 1991, operates from

Aiea, centrally located on the island of Oahu.  From this location, we are able to quickly respond to projects

throughout the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific Rim. We accomplish project goals through a combination of

innovative technologies and sound, practical application of traditional expertise.
